This is a space for me to share my approach to training along with showcasing what i am all about.

My Approach to training

My purpose is to help people prepare for the real demands of everyday life by building strength, awareness, and resilience through movement. It is a practice of tuning into your body, learning its signals, and developing a deeper understanding of how to serve it well so you can move through life with greater capacity and intention.

What we do and discuss in the gym is meant to serve as a reference point for how to approach challenges in everyday life.

One-on-One Training

1:1 Training with me offers a more hands, individualized experience. I will support you with real-time coaching, cueing, and any modifications you may need for that workout. Training can be done in person or virtually.

Personal Programming

Programming delivers structured, pre-written workouts that you can complete at any gym on your own time. We will tailor the number of days to fit your lifestyle. Send videos of your exercises, and I will provide individualized feedback and modifications within 24 hours.

Meet Rachel

I am made up of many parts. Two defining parts are my craft in movement and immersing myself in epic fantasy sagas. Based in Manhattan, I value a slower and more intentional life at home with my cat, Iroh, an avid parkour athlete and hairtie enthusiast himself. When I am given a large stretch of free time, I usually fall into projects that involve creating with my hands, whether that means crochet, painting, building, or rearranging my apartment for the hundredth time. I appreciate a wide range of music genres and specifically the feeling of a 70 degree day right before a storm rolls in. The things I value most continue to reinforce my belief that a high quality life is built through simple things done with care. One day, I hope to have a garden of my own to tend and nurture as thoughtfully as I do my own body.

“Rachel is truly a “Hawkeye” in the gym. She catches every little imperfection in posture, alignment, or movement that I would never notice on my own, and she teaches me how to correct it and become more aware of my body. That level of attention has made an enormous difference in my progress.
